Snowy landscapes are everywhere, but the risks of altitude sickness and frostbite are present. Warm clothing and proper precautions are essential.
1. The Annapurna Base Camp trekking group involves a lot of hiking and is not considered easy, as daily walks last 6 to 8 hours. Therefore, a good level of strength, endurance, and fitness is required. Remember to undertake sufficient physical training after registration.
2. Each date requires a minimum of 08 participants to form a group. After the group is confirmed, we will submit the necessary information to apply for climbing permits and add all members to a WhatsApp group.
3. When trekking at high altitudes, it is essential to minimize the risk of altitude sickness by keeping warm, ensuring adequate sleep, and maintaining a positive mental state.
4. If there are not enough participants to form a group on the selected date, we will notify you 60 days before departure, and you can choose from the following options:
4.1) Transfer to another confirmed date.
4.2) Receive a full refund.
4.3) Form a private group and still participate on the selected date. There will be no AVIDER Chinese-speaking guide, but a local guide will be present. We will assist in organizing and briefing the group to ensure you have all the necessary information (an additional fee may apply for the shortfall in participants).
5. Do not purchase flight tickets until you have received confirmation about the group formation. Only proceed with booking if you are prepared to travel independently in case the group does not form.
Porter Guidelines & Precautions
The package includes a porter service, with a 14kg limit per person.
The porter ratio is 1:2.
The guide will provide waterproof bags the day before the trek.
You can store all your gear in the porter’s waterproof bag and carry only essential items in your own backpack.
Had an amazing ABC Trek experience with Avider!
The whole trip was very well organised, and the service throughout was excellent. A special thanks to our guide, Shu Hua, and porter team for being so caring, patient, helpful, and encouraging every step of the way.
Despite some unexpected issues before the trek, the team handled everything professionally and made sure we were well taken care of.
Highly recommend Avider for anyone planning the trekking / hiking trip. Thank you for making this such a memorable journey!
my trip to ABC was nothing short of amazing. Avider was very responsive to my enquiries before the trip, and everything from the preparation to the end went smoothly. team leader Jia Cheng, was well-organised, supportive, and even took pretty photos of everyone, which made the experience even more memorable.
I am very happy and satisfied with the hiking tour with Avider. I joined the ABC hiking group for 10 days 9 nights, this is my very first time to hike the mountain in Nepal. I had alot of questions before the trip, but Avider staffs are very passionate and professional, and because of them and the experienced mountain guides, I had successfully completed the ABC hike. I had gained alot of good memories and experiences during this trip, not only I met alot of people from different background, the most importantly is I really enjoying the amazing view on the mountain, and also every precious and unique moment for the whole hiking journey❤️ Thank you Avider and everyone that I meet during the trip.

和我們超棒的領隊Han一起,體驗很棒!我們全都成功抵達了美妙的ABC!
Great experiences with our superb Leader Han! We all did it to the wonderful place ABC!
Went on the 10D9N ABC trek with Avider in Mar'26. From the pre-trip briefing/resources, to the day 0 packing check, to the actual hike, the entire trip was very well organised and well-paced. Nothing to nit-pick even if I tried!
Special thanks to our guides Sam, Elvis, Akash, Sandy and the other local guides/porters for the last few days, making my first multi-day hiking trip such a memorable and enjoyable one.
Special shout-out to Sam, our trip leader for his utmost care and attention for the entire group. Sam is truly passionate about his work and it shows. He is enthusiastic, warm and communicates effectively throughout the trip, often going over and beyond to ensure everyone is doing ok. Highly recommend!!
I joined the Annapurna Base Camp trek with some self-doubt, but it turned into one of the most fulfilling journeys I’ve ever had. The Avider leader (Eugene) and local guides (special mention to Ranjit) were attentive, ensuring safety, comfort, and even personal meal preferences. The pacing was well managed—no rush, just steady progress for everyone to reach each destination together. Beyond the physical challenge, it was a spiritual experience that helped me untie my mental knots. I’m grateful I did it at my age. Highly recommend Avider to all adventure seekers and anyone wanting to discover their inner strength. A big shoutout to my trekking mates, Eugene and Ranjit and his team. 😆
