登頂馬來西亞最高峰京那巴魯山（Mount Kinabalu，海拔 4,095.2 米）最省心的方式：無需搶山屋，有位即可出發。

行程重點

3天2夜。第一晚入住神山國家公園（Kinabalu Park）園內住宿，第二晚住半山 Laban Rata 山屋，凌晨攻頂羅氏峰（Low's Peak）看日出，沿途經過半山山屋牌子、遠眺馬幣 MYR100 背面的南峰。神山國家公園是聯合國教科文組織世界自然遺產。

Trip at a glance

3 days 2 nights. Night 1 inside Kinabalu Park, night 2 at Laban Rata rest house halfway up. You start the summit push before dawn to see the sunrise from Low's Peak, passing the famous mid-mountain signboard and South Peak (the view on the back of the MYR100 note). Kinabalu Park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

行程大綱

Day 1第 1 天

機場集合，乘坐Van前往Kundasang 中途到雜貨店補充基本登山物資 共三小時左右的車程 繼續出發前往目的地 入住神山國家公園的住宿享用晚餐，整理背包/行李，休息

Day 2第 2 天

起床，洗漱，整理背包/行李，退房，享用早餐 前往Kinabalu Park報道 & 集合 登記後前往Timpohon Gate開始爬山 在休息亭處享用午餐盒 抵達半山Laban Rata 山屋，入住山屋 享用晚餐後，自由活動，休息睡覺

Day 3第 3 天

起床，洗漱，帶上攻頂裝備，熱身 享用宵夜，集合，Briefing，開始攻頂 抵達Sayat-Sayat Check Point，隨後前往Low’s Peak 從Low’s Peak返回山屋，吃早餐，整理裝備，退房後開始下山 回到登山口，領取證書&行李，乘坐Van回到亞庇機場

📍 Best time to climb Mount Kinabalu? In recent years, weather patterns have become unpredictable, so there is no longer an “absolute best month” to climb. Even during the traditional peak season (March–May), rain is still quite common. 📌 That’s why we always remind everyone: Climbing Mount Kinabalu is not only about physical fitness, but also mental preparation. Weather changes are part of the challenge — no matter when you go, the most important thing is to stay relaxed and enjoy the journey! 💪

報名須知與規則

神山-Labanrata山屋-登山準證 - 規則及限制

1. 在填寫資料時，請務必確保所填寫的姓名、電話號碼和個人資料是完整準確,也是可以聯繫上的，並且名字需與你的身份證一致。 我們會根據您填寫的姓名申請證同時神山文憑也會根據您填寫的姓名核發. 2. 神山半山山屋預設房型均為通舖(Dorm)房型，若想升級房型，請聯絡客服以獲取更多詳情 3. 報名前，請聯絡客服並確認所選日期是否還有空位，以免所選的日期空位不足沒辦法加人 4. 每個日期的累計成團人數最少達06人, 才算成團. 我們會在成團後, 提交資料申請登山準證並加各位團WhatsApp群. 5. 若該日期人數不夠不能成團將會在出發前的45天前告知並且可以選擇以下解決方案 換到其他已成團的日期 拿回全額退款 成立私人團，依舊參加所選的日期，不過沒AVIDER中文領隊全程帶領，但是依然有當地嚮導帶領，我們會幫你安 排並跟團內大家briefing確保你們有充足的資訊 （需補上人數不足的團費差價）

神山-Labanrata山屋-登山準證 - 規則及限制

1. 登山證將鎖定參加者的身份證, 獲得登山準證的當下將 不可更改名字或替代者, 如果在參加者私自使用任何手段被發現, 本公司將恕不負責. 2. 登山準證是根據身分證綁定, 不可更改身分, 每人只有一次機會更改日期, 並支付罰款金額(隨著當時價格變動), 選擇更改的日期必須依據沙巴國家公園尚有的空位才可進行更改, 更換日期的時間僅限報名的年份以內, 不可跨年. 3. 若需要更改日期, 可在攀登日期的45日之前, 向本公司詢問併申請處理並支付手續費(隨著最新價格變動), 但不一定 100%成功, 需根據當時狀況因素而定, 若在攀登日的45日內通知, 公司將不負責. 4. 若參加者在登山證所鎖定身分的攀登日時缺席, 參加者的登山準證將會自動銷毀並承擔個人損失, 並無法獲得任何退款. 5. 在領取登山證後屬於攀登活動開始, 在此期間參加者需攜帶並保護好登山準證, 若有遺失並在所需檢查站不通關時, 參加者需承擔個人損失, 本公司將不負責.

About Mount Kinabalu Hiking Permit

1. Mount Kinabalu permits are non-transferable and cannot be changed after issuance. Any unauthorized alterations or substitutions are not our company's responsibility. 2. Permits are tied to participants' identification cards and cannot be modified. Only one date change is allowed per person, subject to availability at Sabah Park within the same registration year. 3. For date changes, notify us and pay the processing fees up to 45 days before the climbing date (actual fees may vary depends on actual situation). However, success is not guaranteed and depends on the circumstances. No changes will be entertained within 45 days of the climbing date. 4. Absence on the scheduled climbing date will result in the automatic cancellation of the permit, personal losses, and no refunds. 5. After receiving the mountaineering permit, it must be carried and protected throughout the climbing activity. Any loss or failure to pass required checks will result in personal losses, for which our company is not liable.

Climbing Permit - Rules and Restrictions

1. When filling out the information, please ensure that the provided name, phone number, and personal details are complete, accurate, and contactable, and the name must match your identity card. We will process your permit application and issue your Mount Kinabalu climbing certificate based on the name you provide. 2. The default room type at the Mount Kinabalu Laban Rata Resthouse is a dormitory-style room. If you wish to upgrade your room, please contact customer service for more details. 3. Before registering, please contact customer service to confirm if there are still available slots for your selected date, to avoid the issue of insufficient availability and being unable to add participants. 4. For each date, a minimum cumulative group size of 06 people is required to form a group. Upon forming a group, we will submit the necessary documents for climbing permits and add you to the WhatsApp group's chat. 5. If the number of participants for a particular date is insufficient to form a group, you will be notified 45 days prior to departure, and you can choose from the following solutions. Switch to another confirmed date with available slots. Receive a full refund. Form a private group and still participate on the chosen date, but without an AVIDER Chinese/English-speaking leader through out the journey. Local guides will still accompany the group, and we will assist in arranging and briefing the group to ensure sufficient information. (Additional fee may apply to cover the price difference for insufficient group numbers)

Sharing my personal experience. I have now joined this hiking group—Avider—twice. The first time was to Mount Kinabalu in Sabah, the second to Rinjani and Sangkareang in Indonesia. Overall it feels very reassuring; you basically don't need to worry about transport, as the Avider team takes care of everything except flights and such. As for the leaders, I personally think they're pretty good. If you want to hike alone but can't find a reliable and safe hiking team, consider Avider.

常見問題

山屋有提供洗漱用品嗎？
山上山屋是沒有提供任何洗漱用品的，例如牙刷，牙膏，毛巾等，個人洗漱用品都需要自備。
報名後的可以換去下一年嗎？
不行的，因為神山規定換日期只能更換到同一年，例如2025年只能換到2025年尚有空位的日期，不允許跨年。
如果報名後，想換日期/人可以嗎？
此配套的山屋，只能在出發日的45天前才可以更換日期， 但是出發日期的45天內，沒有辦法更換日期，只能更換參加者，不允許更換日期。
如果報名了這個配套，要換別的神山配套可以嗎？
在你的山屋還沒申請的情況下， 你是可以從「原本的配套」補差價更換到「其他神山配套」的沒有問題， 再選擇可以拼團的日期就行。
下雨的話導致無法攻頂，有退款嗎？
戶外活動安全為重，神山公園以及運營方並不會給與任何退款
